So you want to build your own motor but you don't have all the machinery to do the critical machine work yourself?  Well, FCHP has just what you need.  We are now offering Animal engine kits.  Animal kits are available as WKA or IKF Restricted or Un-Restricted kits.

Blueprinted WKA or IKF Animal Stock & Restricted KIT Engine
This engine will be the B&S Motorsports Animal engine.  Comes with block decked to the proper piston pop-up and bore sized for proper piston clearance and finish.  Head is milled for minimum combustion chamber size, valve seats ground with precision grinding tools, and valves cut to minimum length and lapped in.  Carb will come blueprinted with alky kit installed, float height set to the proper height (ready to bolt on and fire up).  Comes with WKA/IKF legal camshaft and springs matched to the engine package, Billet Pulse fitting, Flywheel screen, Fuel Pump, and gaskets needed for assembly.

Robertson's Torque Tube Super Snake Animal Header (No Silencer)
(Model #I-SUS-A) - Header Pipe.  One of the best all around pipes for sprint and oval racing I have found.  Works well on Gold Plate Animals too. 		$40.00
Robertson's Torque Tube Candy Cane Animal Header (No Silencer)
(Model #I-CC-M) - Header Pipe.  We use this pipe on the ovals where topend only is needed. 		$40.00
Rapp Fab Animal Header (No Silencer)
.930"x18" - "J" Header Pipe.  This is also a great pipe for sprint, oval, and enduro racing.  It needs a slight modification to get the most out of it, but if you order the kit and this pipe together I will modify it here before shipping out.  (This header may not fit some enduro karts) 		$33.00
Rapp Fab Animal Header (No Silencer)
.906"x18" - "J" Header Pipe.  This is a great pipe for purple and blue plate animals.  		$33.00
FCHP Custom Stainless Steel Header (No Silencer)
This header was designed and built for unrestricted Animal racing.  I started making this header due to header cracking problems in the enduro motors.  It is bent here and welded here.  These headers are ONLY available to customers who buy complete Animal or Kit Animal engines from FCHP, they are not available otherwise. 		$55.00
RLV Silencer/Muffler 
For those tracks where you have to run a silencer, this is what you will need along with the header. 		$38.00
Header Brace
The header brace bolts to the two bosses on the back of the header.  It is custom made on CNC machinery  from 2"x2"x1/4" Aluminum angle.  It has multiple mounting holes to accommodate any header style. 		$12.00

Animal Carb Alcohol Conversion Kit
This is NOT the alky kit that Briggs & Stratton sells. This kit contains the following:
custom sized fuel nozzle, custom sized emulsion tube, custom sized main jet, custom sized pilot jet, and main needle.

This kit has the fuel nozzle reamed to size, emulsion tube worked/sized, main jet reamed to size, and pilot jet reamed to size. This is a package deal that we have found to work in ANY Walbro carb for unrestricted classes so far. It also comes with an instruction sheet on setting the correct float height, idle adjustment, and air bleed adjustment.  With this kit, there is no other adjustments needed. You install it the way the instructions state, bolt on the carb, and fire it up.

The advantage with this kit over the Briggs kit is, we have already worked out the tuning aspect of it and there is no guessing on your part.
